After successfully rolling out the Woof Woof Club private off-leash dog park concept at properties in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Florida, Korman Residentail has made plans to continue building dog parks at other properties in 2011.

"The Woof Woof Club is a superior amenity, not often found in apartment communities", according to Director of Marketing Aaron Helfman.  "To enrich life for residents and their canine companions, we created private dogs park at Korman Residential.  As dog owners ourselves, we know what a difference it makes to have a place where you can let your dog off-leash to to run and play.  Our parks are also excellent places for residents to meet other dog lovers in our apartment communities, and as they build stronger friendships with their neighbors, the residents are more likely to renew their leases".
