After successfully building The Common Ground Community Gardens at properties in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in 2010, Korman Residential building additional community gardens at properties in Pennsylvania and Delaware in 2011.  Properties featuring new community gardens include The Woods in Ambler, PA, Meadowbrook in Huntingdon Valley, PA, International City Mews & Villas in Philadelphia, PA, and Christina Mill in Newark, DE.

The Common Ground Community Garden gives residents piece of earth that's all theirs.  Residents can reserve their own section for free to plant and grow whatever they desire. Some residents plant flowers. Others grow herbs and spices, Others create vegetable gardens. It's a place for our residents to get closer to nature, as well as their "green" neighbors in our communities.
